Postpartum or the first 40 days post birth is one of the most important and sacred moments in time as a mother. Not only have we birthed our child, we have also been reborn ourselves. Just as the newborn needs nurturing, so does the mother.
I have already taste tested half of it omfg I am beside myself with joy and gratitude and nourishment... best feeling stacking away in the fridge.
You are a wizard, I am so grateful X

The flavours are amazing, I had a bowl for breakfast this morning and I think I will do the same for the next few mornings, so nourishing and just delicious!
All of the fresh produce is sourced locally from Certified Organic Farmers and where possible, bulk organic food items are sourced from local suppliers also.
We only use fresh and organic ingredients of the highest quality.
*We use the Honest to Goodness Organic Gluten tested oats. We can't actually claim to have GF oats in Australia but there was no gluten detected within the limits of their testing.

They sure are! We are extremely passionate about health and ensure all ingredients are 100% organic.
No they are not although we have an option in the drop down menu when ordering for vegan meals.
Our postpartum meals include bone broth and Grass Fed Organic Ghee with the option to request the vegan option of mushroom broth and coconut oil.
We follow the Ayurvedic postpartum guidelines and feel very aligned with the way a postpartum mother should be nourished with warming broths and ghee to bring the Qi and back to the body.
"In traditional Chinese culture, qi or ch'i is believed to be a vital force forming part of any living entity. Qi translates as "air" and figuratively as "material energy", "life force", or "energy flow". Qi is the central underlying principle in Chinese traditional medicine and in Chinese martial arts."
Whilst our meals are primarily plant based, we follow ayurvedic guidelines for postpartum so some of our postpartum meals use Organic Grass-fed ghee, this is the only form of dairy we currently use. There is also an option to omit the ghee.
Note: many of our items are prepared in facilities that process wheat, soy, peanuts, dairy, and tree nuts. Whilst we take absolute care to prevent cross-contamination, if you have an extreme allergy please note that cross-contamination is still a possibility with our food.
If you have questions about our ability to accommodate your food allergies, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss whether we'll be able to cook for you.
We pride ourselves with our eco consciousness. Let's face it, we want to ensure we do our 110% best to protect this earth for our children, grandchildren and future offspring. Your meals will come in a glass jar which is collected on delivery day. We sterilise the jars and then reuse them, minimising the impact on the earth. If you chose to partake in our recycling program, you will benefit from a continuous $15 off half serves and $20 off full serves on your weekly nourishment order (after all, we want to pass down our savings on to you!)
Currently we offer delivery to the Gold Coast only ~ within a 45km radius of Tallebudgera. We will continue to grow our delivery circle so stay tuned for delivery updates!
